FEE SCHEDULE- as of April 19, 2007

Tests are grouped by laboratory section in the following fee schedule.  Supplemental information concerning submission is also available in the Appendix.

 CLARIFICATION OF "LAB TIME" COLUMN

 The "Lab Time" column represents the number of business days expected to elapse from the day a specimen arrives at the CVMDL to the day results are reported out.

 Samples received before noon may be tested on the same day in some cases. In general, samples should be received the day before testing is to be performed.

 If you have a special situation requiring RUSH service, please contact our laboratory and we will try to accommodate your needs.
